Each residence of the group Les Résidences du Manoir has been designed and furnished with the aim of maximizing comfort, meeting the needs, and respecting the privacy of our seniors. There are a variety of facilities and services to enhance the daily lives of residents and their visitors.
The experience of a Residence
Your ideal accommodation is in one of the five residences of the group Les Résidences du Manoir. Most of our Manoirs offer short stay packages (depending on availability) in their most comfortable units, to live a pleasant holiday in the Laurentians or to experience life in residence before making the decision to live there permanently.

Having become a leader in retirement accommodation in the Laurentians, Les Résidences du Manoir offers the best catering, accommodation, entertainment, and security services for our seniors. All in a warm setting where care and services to retirees are personalized and human.
The group Les Résidences du Manoir constantly adapts to the needs of seniors. This is why our services evolve with our clientele and personal care is offered as an option, depending on the state of health of our residents.

Each residence in the Les Résidences du Manoir group is eligible for the Government of Quebec’s Home Support Tax Credit.

Certifications
Each of our residences adheres to a rigorous code of ethics and conduct, holds a certificate of compliance issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Services and is a member of the Regroupement Québécois des Résidences pour Aînés, a group that promotes the quality of services in its member residences.
Gastronomy
Our menus are prepared by our chefs. You can also invite guests to your table every day or at special events.
Security
All our buildings follow the strict standards of the Building Code. They have a fire detection system, automatic sprinklers, and a generator in case of power failure. In addition, we offer elevators, camera access control and caring employees 24 hours a day.
